If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must not be used or damaged.

A $10 restocking fee will apply.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase.

Items on sale (discounted products) are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping will be arranged during the return process.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
